Refunds & Exchange Policy

Our policy

We hope everyone loves their Tugrrr Toys but realize there may be times where there are unforeseen issues with your order. Maybe you ordered the wrong size or something didn't come 100% the way you expected. Our goal is to have happy and healthy customers, so Tugrrr has a 60 day return policy on all items purchased from tugrrr.com (from date of order).

How to return an item

We want you to be 100% satisfied so if there are issues and a return is necessary, please email us at contact@tugrrr.com. A return code will be provided and must accompany the return to ensure a correct and timely refund.

Returned item conditions

Returned Tugrrr and/or toy(s) must come back in resalable condition with original tags and packaging. Failure to do this may result in a minimum 25% restocking fee and can go higher if the item is not sellable.

If your item arrived defective, please notify Tugrrr within 30 days of receiving the product and we will replace or refund the product at no cost to you. A thorough description of the defect and an image may be required on your behalf to process a full refund.

Exchanges

If your item was simply the wrong size, color or you'd like to exchange a Tugrrr or Toy for a different version please email contact@tugrrr.com and include 'Exchange and your Order #' in the Subject Line. Please explain what you would like to exchange your product for and we will instruct you on how to return the exchanged product for the new one. Customers will be refunded or charged the difference for the new product on the original payment method.
